Delete your Langu account
You can delete your account at any time, either from within the app or by contacting us.
Instant
From the app
- Open Langu on your device.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap "Delete Account".
- Follow the on-screen confirmation steps.
Your account and all associated data (messages, profile, billing history) are deleted immediately.
Up to 30 days
If you no longer have access to the app
- Email alexandremarqueskaio@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Langu account.
- Include the phone number associated with your account.
- We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
What happens to your data
